Shipping time:
The shipping time for Partee DIY products and selected items is 7 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after the order is confirmed and payment is completed. Since Partee DIY provides customized services, if there are any issues with the uploaded image or design, Partee may need to communicate with you for revision before starting the production process.
Delivery Fee:
Partee currently offers delivery services through courier or postal service to ensure the safe delivery of your products to your hands.
The delivery fee is NT$80. However, if your purchase exceeds NT$1000, the delivery fee will be waived.
Return Policy Notice:
Partee DIY Series Products
All products offered under the Partee DIY service are custom printed exclusively for the buyer by Partee. Once the clothing has been returned, it cannot be reused. Therefore, returns are not accepted.
Please ensure that you carefully confirm your design and product specifications before placing an order. For relevant regulations, please refer to Article 19, Section 2 of the Consumer Protection Act.
Partee Selection (also known as "Buy Design") Series Products
Buyers who purchase Partee Selection products are entitled to a 7-day unconditional return policy. If you wish to return a product, please notify us within seven days after receiving the item (with the 7th day being extended if it falls on a holiday).
Please contact us using the "Contact Us" form or send an email to [email protected], providing your full name, contact information, and order number. Our team will contact you to facilitate the return process.
• Returned items must be in brand new condition, which means the product, packaging, gifts, and invoice must remain intact. We regret to inform you that returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances: exceeding the seven-day evaluation period, loss of invoice, removal of product tags, damage to the inner packaging, processing performed on the product, failure to return promotional gifts, or stains on clothing from makeup or other substances.
• Please return the product, ensuring its integrity (including the items mentioned in the first point) and packaging, to the following address: 81 Huanzhong Road, Section 3, Xitun District, Taichung City 407, Taiwan.
• If the return or exchange request does not meet the conditions due to incomplete information, we will ask you to provide the necessary details to complete the return or exchange process.
• The shipping fees incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the consumer.
• After the necessary procedures are completed, Partee will arrange for a refund according to the refund policy of the purchased item, either by transferring the amount to your designated account or refunding it to your credit card.
• Partee accepts returns with a limit of one return per order. (For the same order, you can only choose to return or exchange, not both.)
• If you purchase multiple items but only return some of them, if the total value of the remaining purchased items does not reach the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted during the return process.
Partee Product Size Exchange Instructions
If you receive a product but the clothing size does not meet your requirements, Partee also offers a size exchange service for this issue. As long as you receive the goods within seven days (with the 7th day being extended if it falls on a holiday), and the product is intact and the tags are not removed, you can exchange it for a different size (excluding international orders). Partee DIY Series Products
In order to provide a worry-free DIY service for buyers, Partee offers the option to exchange sizes. When buyers encounter sizing issues with DIY clothing, they can choose to exchange the product for a different size. Partee will charge an additional handling fee of 250 New Taiwan Dollars per item from customers and help produce a new item for you. The original product must be returned for replacement, and the shipping cost for returning the item will be borne by the customer.
The returned products are printed with your designs and cannot be resold or reused. Buyers must agree that Partee will donate the returned items to charitable organizations to avoid resource waste. Please carefully evaluate the size before placing an order. For product sizes, please refer to the size guide provided by Partee.
Partee Selection (also known as "Buy Design") Series Products
When you purchase Partee Selection products and find that the size does not meet your requirements, you can send back the original product, and Partee will provide a free replacement with the requested size. However, the shipping cost for returning the item will be borne by the customer.
Partee Product Defect Exchange
For the purchase of any type of Partee product, if the product provided by Partee has defects, Partee offers an exchange service (excluding international orders). Partee will fully cover the delivery cost incurred during the process, up to a maximum of 80 yuan.
The definition of product defects includes:
- *Clothing damage, loose stitching, and clothing deformation due to poor stitching.
- *Shipped products that differ from your order specifications.
- *Printing errors (for the DIY service).
The definition of product defects does not include:
*Color differences between the clothing itself and the screen.
*Color differences between the printed pattern on the clothing and the screen (each screen may have color variations, and screens and printing principles differ, so the actual printing effect may slightly differ from your screen. Please carefully evaluate and confirm before placing an order).
*There may be a slight discrepancy or offset (within 3 centimeters) in the printed pattern's position compared to the thumbnail's position.
