Partee currently provides overseas delivery/shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, New Zealand, East Asia and Southeast Asia, Western Asia, and select European countries.

For Hong Kong and Macau, we currently use SF Express for delivery, and the shipping fee is based on weight.
● For Hong Kong, the shipping fee starts from TWD 95. If the delivery is to a non-commercial area in Hong Kong (please refer to the non-commercial area explanation), an additional fee of HKD 20 will be charged by SF Express upon delivery. If it is both a non-commercial area and a remote area, only one fee of HKD 30 will be charged.
● For Macau, the shipping fee starts from TWD 115.
● For Australia, the shipping fee starts from TWD 600.
● For New Zealand, the shipping fee starts from TWD 600.
● For Japan, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, the shipping fee starts from TWD 140.
● For Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, and the Philippines, the shipping fee starts from TWD 160.
● For Israel, the shipping fee starts from TWD 210.
● For Germany, the shipping fee starts from TWD 190.
● For France, the UK, Norway, Poland, and Denmark, the shipping fee starts from TWD 210.
For members in the Hong Kong and Macau regions, please take note of the following information regarding the delivery service:
• Delivery cannot be made to postal boxes.
• If the delivery is to a remote area, SF Express will charge an additional remote area service fee (please refer to the non-commercial area explanation).
• If the delivery address is an airport, port, conference or exhibition center, any warehouse storage fees or service fees incurred will be paid by the buyer.
• If an incomplete or invalid delivery address is provided, resulting in a return of the package, the order will be canceled, and the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting the relevant round-trip shipping fees.
• Import duties and customs regulations vary in different countries. Any customs duties incurred upon receiving the package will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• If the package needs to be returned due to the buyer's refusal to pay the customs duties, the refund amount will be issued after deducting the round-trip shipping fees and all customs duties.
• The recipient must comply with the import regulations and restrictions of the destination country. Any legal implications arising from non-compliance will be the responsibility of the recipient.
• Due to the complexity of international order delivery processes, it is not possible to modify the shipping address or recipient information after the order is placed.
• International buyers are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
• Free shipping promotions for international buyers do not include the following:

- •Non-commercial areas in Hong Kong
- •Warehouse storage fees or other charges incurred at airports, ports, exhibition centers, etc.
Here are the guidelines for overseas returns:
Partee DIY Collection:
All products in the Partee DIY collection are custom-made exclusively for the buyer and cannot be reused once the clothing is returned. Therefore, returns are not available for these items. Please ensure that you have confirmed your design and product specifications before placing your order. Please refer to Article 19, Section 2 of the Consumer Protection Act for relevant regulations.
Partee Selection (also known as "Buy Design") Collection:
Buyers who purchase products from the Partee Selection collection are entitled to a 7-day unconditional return policy. If you wish to initiate a return, please notify us within seven days after receiving the product (the 7th day will be extended if it falls on a holiday). Please contact us through the "Contact Us" page or send an email to [email protected], providing your name, contact information, and order number. Our team will assist you with the return process.
• Overseas members are responsible for shipping the returned goods to Partee's Taiwan address: 81 Huanzhong Road Section 3, Xitun District, Taichung City, 407 Taiwan.
• The returned product must be in brand new condition, including the integrity of the product, packaging, gifts, and invoice. Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances: beyond the 7-day evaluation period, lost invoice, product hang tags removed, damaged inner packaging, processing done on the product, unreturned promotional gifts, or makeup stains on clothing.
• Since shipping fees are charged by the courier company, Partee will refund the "purchase amount" to you after a successful return, excluding the "shipping fee" paid at the time of purchase.
Product Defect Exchange at Partee
If you receive a defective product, please contact customer service (Email: [email protected]) and provide photos of the defect for assessment. Our customer service team will determine whether it meets the criteria for a defective product within 1-2 days and provide further instructions. Partee will be responsible for covering the shipping fees incurred for returning the defective product.
The definition of a defective product includes:
• Clothing that is damaged, with loose or poor stitching, or clothing that has undergone deformations due to stitching issues.
• Shipped products that do not match the specifications of your order.
• Incorrectly printed designs (applicable to DIY services).
The definition of a product defect does not include:
• Color differences between the actual garment and the screen display.
• Color variations in the printed design on the garment compared to the screen display (Each screen may have color variations, and the printing process may differ. Therefore, the actual printed result may slightly differ from what you see on your screen. Please carefully evaluate and confirm before placing an order).
• Slight discrepancies or shifts (within 3 centimeters) in the placement of the printed design compared to the thumbnail image.
Partee Refund Process
After you have completed the return process with Partee, your refund will be processed within 7 business days (excluding holidays). The refund will be directly credited back to your credit card account. The exact refund timing will depend on your card's billing cycle. If the refund is processed before your billing date, you will receive the funds in the following month. If the refund is processed after your billing date, you will receive the funds in the subsequent month. Please note that the refund timeline may vary depending on the policies of your local bank.
