What if my image file is too small? Would it affect the printing effect? What resolution of the image would be clear?
It is suggested that:
1. the resolution of the image no less than 300dpi defines quality printing. (300dpi means every inch contains 300 dots of ink)
2. do not increase the resolution number of small image file directly through the painting software, since which doesn’t improve the file pixels to make it more distinct.
3. Please refer to the following information about resolution:
The resolution of an image equals that how many dots are contained in 1 inch. The printing images consist of these color dots.
Ex: 300dpi means every inch contains 300 dots of ink.
The pixel will be up to 2400x3600 for the printing image size of 30cm x 40cm with 300dpi.
The pixel will be up to 3600x4800 for the printing image size of 20cm x 30cm with 300dpi.
The pixel will be up to 1200x2400 for the printing image size of 10cm x 20cm with 300dpi.
The pixel will be up to 600x1200 for the printing image size of 5cm x 10cm with 300dpi.
